About Project FASD-Bridge

The FASD-Bridge project addresses the critical issue of alcohol consumption during pregnancy, focusing on its harmful effects on unborn children and the support needed for families affected by Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) in the South Baltic area. The project responds to the WHO’s recommendation for implementing the Global Alcohol Action Plan 2022–2030, aimed at minimizing harmful alcohol use, including reducing prenatal alcohol exposure.
