For the 21st time, the “For the Family” Foundation held its annual Family Gathering, bringing together adoptive families who have welcomed children through the Foundation’s Adoption Center.
This year’s event took place on May 24, 2026, at the “Pan Tadeusz” Hunting Lodge in Chwaszczyno and welcomed nearly 300 participants—adoptive families with their children.
The Family Gathering is a joyful celebration of family, love, and the unique stories that bring people together. It offers children a day full of fun and activities, while giving parents the opportunity to relax, connect with other adoptive families, and talk to the Adoption Center staff.
Thanks to the generous support of our donors and volunteers, participants enjoyed a wide range of attractions, including:
- live music,
- the “Magic Experiments” slime-making workshop,
- the “Creative Anatomy” workshop, where children created models of the human body,
- a family hip-hop dance workshop,
- inflatable play areas,
- basic health screenings (blood pressure and blood glucose),
- consultations with speech therapists,
- an animal corner with goats, alpacas, and guinea pigs,
- giant bubble shows,
- face painting and glitter tattoos,
- painting on transparent foil.
Participants also learned about the “FASD-Bridge” project and were invited to take part in its activities.
Below are some photos from this wonderful day.
